A small tracker for one question: are you lifting more than last time?
Your plan, your weights, one tap per session. It installs onto your home screen like a normal app, opens without an address bar and works with no connection at all.
You are not in Safari. On iPhone, only Safari can install a web app — open this page there first.
-
Open this page in Safari.
Chrome and Firefox on iPhone cannot put an app on your home screen. Safari can.
-
Tap the share button.
It is the Share icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
-
Choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Scroll down the list until you see Add to Home Screen, then tap Add in the top right.
-
Open this page in Chrome.
Firefox and Samsung Internet work too — the menu entry is just called something slightly different.
-
Open the browser menu.
The menu next to the address bar, top right.
-
Choose “Install app”.
Sometimes it says Add to Home screen instead. Confirm, and the icon appears.
-
Look at the right end of the address bar.
Chrome and Edge show an install icon there once you have opened the app.
-
Or just use it in this window.
Nothing is missing in a normal browser tab. It is laid out for a phone, so it stays a narrow column on a wide screen.
After that the icon opens it like any other app — no address bar, and it starts with no connection.
Open the appWhere your data lives
On your device, in this browser. There is no account and nothing is sent anywhere — the whole app is a single page and a database that never leaves your phone.
Two things follow from that. A second device keeps its own separate history, and if you wipe website data, the history goes with it.
So there is Menu → Backup: it writes everything into one file you can keep, and reads it back.
This is the icon you are looking for afterwards.
